Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy 

  • We offer $7 flat rate US shipping or FREE  shipping on order over $75 (pre-tax).
  • Shipping is FREE on all subsequent orders for 6 hours after a paid order.
  • Fast shipping is extremely important to us! We aim for next day shipping, but the maximum shipping time is 3-5 business days.
  • You should receive tracking info in your order confirmation by email or in messenger.

Delivery issues and lost packages

Once it leaves Sis & Savvy’s hands, it is no longer our responsibility. Feel free to contact your local post office. At USPS all of thier employees have GPS scanners and can help you locate where your package was delivered. 


RETURN POLICY

  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items with deodorant/makeup stains, animal hair or perfume/smells will not be accepted. 
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • Returns must be postmarked by 7 business days of the delivery date.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for online credit.

Final Sale

  • Sale/clearance items and anything with a discount code
  • Jewelry, graphic tees, purses, and wallets
  • Leggings, bralettes, hats, and masks are final sale for hygienic purposes.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at: customerservice@sisandsavvyboutique.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. We will be glad to help you!
